Regional residents can apply to the provinces of the Marmara region (Istanbul-Balikesir-Bilecik-Bursa-Canakkale-Edirne-Kirklareli-Kocaeli-Sakarya-Tekirdag-Yalova). Applications from other provinces will not be accepted.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Traditional Turkish Archery 1st Level Assistant Trainer Training Course will be opened at the places and dates mentioned above. Persons who meet the requirements of the course will be able to apply.
It is important that the contact information (GSM and E-mail) and documents requested at the time of application are accurate and accessible to the applicant in order to complete the application process. The applicant is responsible for any faults arising from contact information and / or documents that are not accurate and accessible and / or not owned by the applicant.
Other than the applications made through the E-Government Gate, the application will not be accepted. If the application exceeds the specified quota, qualification will be made in the order of priority given below.
During the course opening and registration process, if the number of the participants who have been accepted to the course is less than 10 people, the course can be CANCELED.
The course participation fee will be paid to Ziraat Bank with the reference number that will be sent to the e-mail address you will specify during the application. Course fees paid by applicants who have not been accepted to the course will be refunded. Fees for those who have won the right to participate in the course and do not submit an excuse will not be refunded.
Candidates who have the right to attend the course shall be present at the place and time indicated above with their documents. Requested documents are listed below.
In the certification process mentioned in the requested documents; In cases where the expression ir is like the original,, the name, surname, signature, seal of the institution or the information of the person making the approval cannot be read, the approval process will not be accepted. In addition, the color / black and white photocopy of the certified documents will not be accepted.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS
- At least high school or equivalent school graduates (National Athletes are not required to be charged),
- Not being only visually and mentally impaired in physical or mental illness and disability sports branches that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,
- Offenses against the security of the state, offenses against the constitutional order and its functioning, offenses against the constitutional order and the functioning of the state secrets offenses against deprivation or sexual immunity such as espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, looting, fraud, prostitution, manufacture and trade of drugs and stimulants; not to be convicted of offenses of fraudulent crime or misleading tendering, misleading performance of performance, laundering of assets resulting from crime, smuggling, tax evasion and acquiring unfair property,
- To be in compliance with the age limit determined by the relevant federation according to the characteristics of sports branches, provided that they have completed at least 18 years of age,
- In accordance with the Criminal Regulations of the Amateur Sports Branch of the General Directorate of Sports published in the Official Gazette dated 21/01/1993 and numbered 21458 and within the last three years according to the disciplinary and / or punishment instructions of the independent sports federations; not have been sentenced for more than 6 months at a time and / or more than 1 year in total.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- 2 passport photos – (Biometric original photo)
- The original or notarized copy of the diploma or graduation certificate .- (The e-government education certificates of the university or high school graduates and the students studying at the university will be valid. The related units of the Ministry of National Education, the educational institution graduated from, Authenticity / approval procedures performed by Provincial Directorates of Youth and Sports shall be accepted.)
- Verifiable QR code verifiable Judicial Record Record issued by the E-Government Gate for E Official Institutions ”. – (Documents that cannot be verified electronically will not be accepted.)
- Health Report- (Annex-6 Reported by the family physician or other health units serving under the Ministry of Health)
