Our Federation has been established with independent legal status and subject to the provisions of private law according to the published decision signed by Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The decision was made in accordance with the additional 9th article of the Youth and Sports Services Law No. 3289. The decision numbered 769 was published in the Official Gazette dated 21 February 2019 and numbered 30693.
