Article 19 of our main statute defines the duty of Provincial Representative and explains its duties and responsibilities.
According to this,
(1) Federation representatives may be established in provinces with the decision of the board of directors in order to ensure the domestic connection of the Federation.
(2) Provincial representatives of the Federation shall be appointed with the proposal of the President of the Federation and the approval of the Minister. The term of office of the provincial representative of the Federation shall be equal to the term of office of the president.
(3) The provincial representative of the Federation shall ensure the coordination between the Federation and the provincial directorate. Provides information to the provincial directorate and the Federation about the transactions performed on behalf of the Federation. Provincial Federation representatives, provincial directorates or offices to be provided by the federation.
(4) Federation representatives who do not perform the services and activities of the Federation, non-coordinating with the directorate and the Federation shall be dismissed with the proposal of the President of the Federation and the approval of the Minister.
